500mm Graphite Electrodes is designed for a capacity of 120 ton furnace.Graphite electrode is the only material that can withstand high temperatures up to 3000 degrees Celsius without being deformed and melted. So, they are chosen to make steel in electric arc furnaces (EAF) and ladle furnaces (LF).

*4TPI/3TPI Nipples with asphalt plug, which will be melted to bind nipple and electrode tightly when work in EAF.
*Low electric resistance, good electrical conductivity, lower energy consumption.
*Both ends are protectedny foam caps, preventing from dust.
