1. When choosing the diameter of the graphite electrode, please refer to the allowable current load and current density of the electrode.
2. The transportation and storage of graphite electrode should avoid rain, snow and water wetting, and drying before use.
3. In the process of loading, unloading and transportation, the graphite electrode should be handled gently to protect the thread and strictly prevent impact and damage. Before the graphite electrode of the special spreader is used to connect the new electrode and the joint during the loading, unloading and transportation, the threaded hole of the electrode must be sucked clean with compressed air, and then the joint and the electrode shall be installed as required. When the end faces of the two electrodes differ by 20-30mm, conduct secondary blowing, then tighten the electrode and the joint.
