Package
Separated package---The electrodes and nipples are packaged separately.
Pre-connection package--- Nipples and electrodes are assembled together,and then packaged in wooden crates, strapped with steel bands outside, the threaded nipples and sockets are protected with foamed polyester caps,avoiding dust and damage.

Manufacturing process
Graphite electrode is mainly made of petroleum coke and needle coke, mixed with coal pitch, getting through processes of calcinations, kneading, forming, baking, graphitizing and machining, finally to be products. The following flow diagram will help you understand the process better.
