Introduction
Calcined Petroleum Coke, normally abbreviated as CPC, is made from low-sulfur petroleum coke in a calciner at a high temperature of 1300°C to removing impurities such as moisture, ash and volatiles from the petroleum coke. Black or dark gray in appearance, with metallic gloss and porosity.
