We need to know that the wet graphite electrode should be dried before use, and that the internal thread of the electrode hole is intact. We use compressed air to clean the surface of the spare graphite electrode and the internal threads of the hole. There must be no oil or water; avoid using steel wire or metal brush cloth.
It is important to carefully screw the connector into the electrode hole of the spare graphite electrode, and screw the electrode strap (graphite strap is recommended) into the electrode hole on the other end of the spare electrode.
