Graphite electrodes are significantly faster than copper electrodes

Graphite electrodes are easier to process and the processing speed is significantly faster than copper electrodes. For example, milling graphite is used to process graphite, its processing speed is 2 to 3 times faster than other metal processing and no additional manual processing is required, and copper electrodes need to be frustrated by hand. Similarly, if a high-speed graphite machining center is used to manufacture the electrodes, the speed will be faster, the efficiency will be higher, and the problem of dust will not occur. In these processes, the selection of tools and graphite with appropriate hardness can reduce tool wear and copper electrode breakage.
